Teenager with a history of back pain.
Radiographic examination was requested to assess the thoraco-lumbar spine.
Patient was imaged in the erect position to produce a PA projection thereby reducing the radiation dose to the patient's gonads.
Radiograph demonstrated the lateral curvatures of the Scoliotic spine (Scoliosis).
