31 year old male with trauma to left shoulder.
Radiographs were requested to demonstrate dislocated shoulder joint.
AP and "Scapula Y" projections of the joint reveals an anterior dislocation where the head of the humerus is seen inferior to the coracoid process. The white circle represents the normal position of the humeral head with respect to the scapula/glenoid fossa.
Radiographs were taken Post Manipulation.
