56 year old male with a right staghorn calculus.
Patient was referred for a Tc99m DTPA Renal Scan to assess the functionality of the kidneys.
Right kidney was faintly visualized and non-functioning as evidenced by its time activity curves.
Divided function :-
Left - 99%
Right - 1%.
