Elderly patient was referred for routine abdomino-pelvic ultrasound.
Ultrasound showed large solid uterine mass with a hyper-reflective surface and posterior acoustic shadowing.
Radiograph was taken to compliment ultrasound findings of a large calcified intramural fibroid. Calcification in the right upper quadrant suggests cholelithiasis.
